As a customer of Pearl of a Girl we want you to be happy with each and every product you’ve purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you’ve bought simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our online form and we’ll let you know what we can do to resolve your issue.
Please note, for any personalised products, because of the bespoke nature of these items we are unable to accept returns and the 14 day period does not apply.
Any unwanted products that are being returned must include their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within 14 days from receipt of your return. We will refund the price of the product(s) in full. Refunds will not be paid until we have taken delivery of your returned order. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Pearl of a Girl has a rigorous checking processing of all items before they are dispatched. However in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty product please contact us on email@example.com within 48 hours from signing for receipt of your delivery letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We recommend you inspect your product(s) as soon as they arrive. All damaged items must be returned. It is important when returning products that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot refund items lost in transit. If you opt for an exchange, we will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
Until the items are returned to us you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them. We cannot accept liability for items subsequently damaged during their return back to us.
If you’d like to cancel or amend an order, please contact us via our contact form or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If we have not dispatched your items we will happily cancel or amend your order as required.
Legal ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges. Legal ownership of the products will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
